For our insured patients, we’re happy to file paperwork on your behalf and estimate what insurance will cover and what will need to be paid out-of-pocket.
No insurance? No problem! Not having to deal with pre-authorization periods, deductibles, and copays might be a blessing in disguise.
Additionally, we accept payment through CareCredit® and Scratchpay. The applications are short and simple, you can get started upon approval, and pay your balance in affordable monthly installments!

For one low annual fee of $399 per person, members receive:
