Dental Services

Everything your smile needs in Las Vegas.

At Life Dentistry, we don’t believe in doing anything halfway. We’ve got the education, technology, and experience to exceed your general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry needs.

Maintain optimal oral health with our general dentistry services.

Dental care is a universal need, but the level of care each person will require to keep their smile in tip-top shape will vary. With our preventive measures and your diligence, our goal of helping you keep your natural teeth healthy and strong for a lifetime is more easily achievable!

We begin with oral hygiene. We want to help you nail the basics of brushing and flossing so you can enjoy having squeaky-clean teeth, inflammation-free gums, and fresh breath.

If you have gum disease, we can perform scaling and root planing.

During examinations, we screen for oral cancer and signs of wear that may signal the need for a nightguard. We also provide sports mouthguards and can remove and replace mercury fillings.

Do you smile confidently for photos or try to hide?

The unfortunate truth is that very few of us are born with smiles that don’t need a bit of help restoratively or cosmetically. The good news is: you don’t have to stick with a smile you don’t feel confident sharing, and cosmetic treatments are more accessible than you might suspect!

When you look at photographs of yourself, do you find your lips are sealed in most or all the pictures? If so, chances are you don’t love your smile.

We don’t say this to exacerbate any negative feelings, but to open a discussion that could bring you to a solution you deserve—you deserve to feel confident.

Whether it’s the alignment of your teeth, the sizes, shapes, and edges, or the color that keeps you from beaming with pride, we can provide a solution just for you.

Restore your smile with conservation and longevity in mind.

We practice biomimetic dentistry. Biomimetic means to imitate nature through the study of its formation, structure, and function, so if your treatment plan includes a restoration, you can count on safe materials to be used, and for it to look, feel, and last the way your natural teeth should.

Eroded enamel? Cavities can happen to the best of us, sometimes despite our best hygiene efforts. Or maybe your enamel has been worn down through clenching and grinding.

We offer BPA-free composite resin that can fill the holes left behind by decay, or to rebuild tooth structure after damage. Have you experienced deeper decay or infection?

We can repair or replace crowns, lengthen your natural crowns for restoration or cosmetic treatment preparation, and remove deep infection. We can also replace missing teeth in several ways.

The consequences of missing teeth go deeper than you’d think.

If you’ve suffered from chronic dental infections, experienced oral injury, or have been living with one or more missing teeth, you know it’s both physically and emotionally painful. We don’t want anyone to feel embarrassed of their smile, and we certainly don’t want your quality of life to suffer.

That’s why we’ve undergone extensive continuing education and training to be able to place and restore dental implants in-house. Dental implants are the #1 patient and dentist recommended tooth replacement solution.

As a biomimetic dentist, Dr. Duff highly recommends replacing missing teeth with dental implants, because to mimic your real tooth, you need a root—that’s what implants mimic!

Replacing the root of a missing tooth (or several) helps preserve your jawbone, which is essential to maintain a healthy diet and usual speech patterns, as well as your facial esthetics.

You might not need a referral for your oral surgery.

We know the words oral surgery can cause even the bravest of patients to feel anxious. If we’re the team performing your oral surgery, we promise to go above and beyond to ensure your comfort throughout the process, and we’ll only refer you to practitioners we know will do the same.

A gentle touch is very important when it comes to dentistry in general, but especially with oral surgery. A lot of patients put off care they need because of negative past experiences.

We work with our patients through their fears and have seen their smiles and lives change as a result of getting the dental care they needed. Yours can, too.

Whether we recommend oral surgery for the purposes of infection removal or prevention, or to prepare your mouth for restorative dentistry, it’s always in the best interests of your oral and overall health.

Let us help you get a good night’s sleep

If you are one of the millions who suffer from sleep disturbances like snoring or sleep disruptions, Dr. Duff and his team can help you get a good night’s sleep. People with sleep apnea can suffer from chronic tiredness and fatigue, daytime headaches, difficulty thinking and more. If you are struggling with sleep, we would love to help be part of the solution.

In case of dental emergency, contact us immediately.

Some dental emergencies happen in an instant and are obvious, but others may begin with a dull ache that leads to swelling and infection—dental infections can spread quickly.

If you or a loved one are experiencing tooth pain, have red, swollen gums, or there’s been a traumatic injury that’s knocked a tooth loose or out, you’ll want to act fast.

Unfortunately, emergency rooms aren’t equipped to treat urgent dental needs beyond prescribing antibiotics, but we’re on call after hours and can accommodate emergency visits during office hours.
